All-Star Technology Corporation (STEI), founded in 1992, is a professional company dedicated to the field of in-situ testing, monitoring, exploration, inspection and instrumentation for various application fields of Enviroments & Resources as well as the Disaster Prevention Monitoring and Warning for the Planet we are living now.
Currently, All-Star owns several decades of specialized engineers related with civil/geotechnical engineering, environment, geophysics, hydrogeology, hydrographic, oceangraphic, electronics, computer and automation. All-Star is organized by Management, Marketing, Technical and Engineering four departments .
The company ever participated in a variety of local vital construction and academic research projects including the subways, highways/railways, dams/reservoirs, power plants, bridges, tunnels, harbours, high buildings and the monitoring of land subsidence, earthquake monitoring networks, earthquake damage prevention, non-destructive test, nuclear waste disposal site investigation, hydrographic survey, oceanographic monitoring with pile and data buoy system, meterological monitoring and the academic researches, ……etc.
In the meantime, All-Star represents worldwide well-known manufacturers' advanced instrumentation and technology to provide the planning. design, implementation, installation, testing, analysis, report, maintenance and technical services.
